About Our Founder
Kash Shaikh is an award-winning entrepreneur, global marketing executive, and sports business leader with more than 20 years of international experience building brands, businesses, and high-performing organizations. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of International at Perfect Game, where he leads the organization’s global marketing, brand strategy, and international expansion.
Previously, Kash founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Baseball United, where he launched the first professional baseball league focused on the Middle East and South Asia. Under his leadership, the organization established professional franchises, developed the region’s first professional baseball venue, secured global broadcast and commercial partnerships, launched award-winning marketing campaigns, and built a fan base that generated billions of social media impressions while reaching nearly 100 million viewers during its inaugural season.
Earlier in his career, Kash spent a decade at Procter & Gamble leading global brands including Tide, Gillette, Olay, Old Spice, and Ariel before helping build GoPro’s marketing and social organization during its rapid pre-IPO growth. He is also the founder and CEO of BSB Group International and BSB Sports, which have partnered with Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, and emerging brands around the world.
His work has earned honors including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Business Courier CEO of the Year, Brandweek Marketer of the Year, and recognition from Inc. 5000, Entrepreneur 360, AVA Digital Awards, MUSE Creative Awards, and Hashtag Sports Awards.
