Bathe Like a Roman


Baths were born in nature, blending salt from the earth and water from the clouds. Across all civilizations and cultures, the commonality of simple respite, refuge and rejuvenation has been the bath. From Mayan Empires to Ming Dynasties, baths have naturally flowed from habitat, to haven, to Healer.

In a nonstop world of constant disruption, “chaos” does not often come in the form of calamity. Pain does not typically come from broken bones. Hurt does not limit itself to traceable abrasions, and wounds are most definitely much more than skin deep. The restoration we all need stems from the realities we all face. Tough days, uncertain hours, and unsure moments in which we all seek silent refuge and simple relief.

Wellness - of body, mind, and soul - can be found in our safest places and most secure sanctuaries: soaking under a familiar faucet; falling into forgiving hands; sinking into sympathetic sheets.
